Her father, Franck Belibi, is an internist and nephrologist, and her mother, Suzanne Belibi, is a pediatrician.     Fran Belibi used to play basketball just for fun purposes in the year 2015 and gained massive popularity after a video in which she dunked got viral on social media platforms. She was receiving calls from numerous universities for recruitment. She decided to commit herself to the Stanford Cardinal Women’s Basketball team of the Stanford University. She worked her way by improving her performance from scoring 6.3 points on average with 5.9 rebounds to scoring 18 points on average with 9.4 rebounds, 3.4 blocks, and 2.1 steals from high school to her sophomore season. She has since been playing numerous matches for the ESPN channel against teams like Connecticut, North Carolina, etc., in the NCAA 2020 Division 1 of women’s basketball.

    Fran Belibi has received different honorable titles during her high school career. She received the titles of Colorado Player of the Year in 2019 and Gatorade State Player of the Year in 2019. She also won the Slam Dunk Contest. Her team also won the All- Continental League in 2017. The same year, she also became Aurora Sentinel Player of the Year. Talking more, she is also the recipient of three gold medals for her excellent performances in FIBA U19 World Cup in 2019, FIBA U17 World Cup in 2018, and FIBA Americas U16 Championship in 2017.
