How did Jack started his career?

As a kid, he used to play soccer, but he started falling in love with basketball when he started studying in his high school. He also was a good volleyball player. However, his career started when he played for under 17 New Zealand’s National Volleyball in 2012.

In 2013, he signed a contract with Coach Tony Bennett to play college basketball at Virginia. Jack Salt was supposed to gain weight and stamina for his upcoming debut season in 2015. He is the first-ever New Zealand player to win NCCA Division.

Despite all of his achievements, unfortunately, he was not selected for the 2019 National Basketball Association (NBA). He had no other choice but to join the phoenix suns 2019 summer league team. He is currently playing for the Canterbury Rams for the 2020 New Zealand NBL Season.

Furthermore, during 2013 and 2014, he played for the National team of New Zealand under 20 teams. He played as a senior member for the 2013 Oceania championships.
