When Kristine questioned how many shoes Big Baller Company had sold, the two argued that it should be a brand that caters to both men and women, to which Ball responded that it is not for women and threatened her.

She subsequently stated that though they might differ, his behavior was rude, and he even threatened her without looking her in the eyes. LaVar, on the other hand, has denied issuing any threats.
