Manon began her sporting career at the age of seven with karate. She spent most of her early days in a field other than martial arts: martial arts. Friorot became a French champion in Snowboarding. Friorot returned to karate at the age of eighteen and won her black belt before joining the French team. In 2014, Manon had to relinquish her World Karate title after suffering an injury.
