    Sara was born in Portland to her parents, John Marshall and Susan Marshall. Sarah is the fourth child of her parents, including Abby, Maggie, and Anna.

    The quarterback’s wife was born in Portland, Maine, in the United States. She attended Catherine McAuley High School in Falmouth, Maine. During her time there, Sarah was an avid athlete. She has played three games, namely Soccer, basketball, and run track.
