As per Wikipedia, he began his football career at CS Longueuil youth academy in 2005. Zorhan Bassong remained there till 2013 and left the academy to join the Belgian side Royal Excel Mouscron.
However, Zorhan Bassong played youth football at Mouscron academy for only a season. Then, in 2014, he moved to another Belgian club, Anderlecht, and stayed there until 2016.
After parting from Anderlecht, he moved to France to attend the youth academy of Lille. A left-back debuted with Lille’s reserve team in 2016, where Zorhan Bassong played 31 games before moving to Belgium’s Jupiler Pro League’s club Cercle Brugge in 2019.
After one and half years with Brugge, he was released by the club on July 8, 2020. Zorhan signed a two-year contract with Canadian MLS side CF Montréal on December 1, 2020, with options for two more years.
On January 10, 2020, Zorhan made his debut for Canada in a 4–1 friendly triumph over Barbados. On February 26, he was named to the Canadian U23 provisional roster for the 2020 CONCACAF Men’s Olympic Qualifying Championship.
Prior to the rescheduled competition on March 10, 2021, he was nominated to the final squad.
