Catherine Harrison started her career in tennis while at the University of California. She played for the college team in 3 of 4 Junior Grand Slams. Her playing skills are getting better so she decided to participate in the tournaments.

Likewise, Harrison first joined the ITF Amelia Island, United States Singles in October 2010. She played against the Lauren herring and scores 2-6, 3-6, and lost the game.

After that, Harrison again participates in the 2014 ITF Evansville, United Stated Doubles. At that time, she joined a partnership with Mary Weatherholt and played against Brooke Austin and Natalie. Sadly, it was not a good game for her, and bears the loss. However, in the second round, Harrison and her partner Mary beat Alexandra Cercone and Alexa Guarachi with a score of 6-2, 7-5.

In July 2016, Harrison returned back for the ITF Austin, United States Doubles. She partnered with Lorraine Guillermo and wins the match against Madison Harrison and Stephaine Nauta. Two months later, she again wins the game by partnering with Emina Bektas which was played against Ema Burgic Bucko and Renata Zarazua.

Besides, Harrison again went for the ITF Fort Worth Singles back in 2019. The year was excellent because she beat Chanelle Van Nguyen and secure the first position with a score of 6-4, 6-0.

A year later in 2020, Harrison wins the duo match against Whitney Osuigwe and Hailey Baptiste with Quinn Gleason in the Kentucky Open, United States Doubles.

Furthermore, Catherine won 2 ITF doubles in 2021 till now which was in May and June.
