Career

Early Career:

On June 12, 2009, he made his debut match in Sochi, winning the 4th inning 3-0 (40-37, 40-36 for the two) and decorating the debut match with a white star.

On August 24, 2010, he played a Russian welterweight title-deciding match with Ivan Caberucon, winning a 3-0 decision, and succeeding in winning the title.

Professional Career:

On May 28, 2011, he played against Ruslan Kharddinob and succeeded in defending the Russian throne for the first time with a 10th 3-0 (96-94, 97-94, 100-92) decision win. On July 30, 2011, Samuel Kamau and WBC Youth Intercontinental Welter Weight Interim Championships were played, and the match ended with a towel thrown in from Kamau’s second in the third inning. He won the title three times with a TKO win of 2 minutes 30 seconds.

On March 16, 2012, he played an ABCO welterweight title-deciding match with James Onyango and succeeded in winning the title with a TKO win of 6 times 1 minute 51 seconds. WBC Baltic and CIS BB Welterweight Champion Athrun Zala played against WBC Baltic on March 16, 2013, and won the WBC Baltic Championship after drawing with a 1-1 (114-114, 117-111, 111-118) decision in the 12th inning. He failed and failed to win the CISBB title.
