    Hailing from the Georgian city of Conyers, Jill was named Tiffany Arrington when she was born on July 27, 1972. Her father was a soccer player and former coach Rick Arrington, and her mother was Mary Jane Odum.

    As a teenager, Jill was an athlete. She also met softball league at six-year-old. She was incredibly fast, very close to her father as he used to train her with him.
