Youth Career
As per Wikipedia, Kwadwo began his adventure at Kaaseman’s youth academy from 2005 to 2006 for his development. Then he attended another academy Liberty Professionals (2006-07).
After playing youth football for two years in Ghana, he moved to Switerzland to join Bellinzona’s academy in 2007. However, he was sent out on loan to Serie A club Torino in the winter of 2007–08.
Senior Career
His senior career started with another Serie A team Udinese which he joined in June 2008, and he quickly established himself as a mainstay for both club and nation. However, he left Udinese after 4 seasons and signed for Juventus in July 2012.
In the 2012 Supercoppa Italiana, he made his debut against Napoli on August 11, scoring a goal in a 4–2 extra-time victory for Juventus. He positively impacted the team and had a great time in Turin.
In January 2018, Kwadwo confirmed that he was leaving Juventus after his contract expired in June later that year.
He made his final appearance in a 0–0 away draw versus S.P.A.L. in Serie A on March 17. At Juventus, he had 116 appearances and netted 4 goals.

On July 2, 2018, he signed for Inter Milan on a 3-year contract. Kwadwo debuted for Inter in an away match against Sassuolo (the first match of the 2018–19 season) on August 19. Unfortunately, they lost the match by 1-0.
On February 3, 2021, Kwadwo joined Cagliari with a contract until June 30, 2021. He made his debut for Cagliari on February 28, in the 2–0 home win over F.C. Crotone.
The 33-year-old was there for half-season and made only 11 appearances in all competitions. After the 2020-21 season, Cagliari officially announced his departure from the club. He successfully spent 13 years of his career in Italy, and he is currently with a club.
International Career

He competed for Ghana in the Africa Cup of Nations in 2008 and 2010, winning bronze and silver medals, respectively, and later in the 2012 and 2013 editions. He also played in the 2010 FIFA World Cup and the 2014 FIFA World Cup for Ghana.
