Oksana Grishina, born on March 25, 1978, is a former Russian gymnast and professional fitness competitor. She competed in this fitness field till 2017; after that, she retired from Bodybuilding. During her Bodybuilding career, she was able to win her fourth consecutive Ms. Fitness Olympia title and victorious ten consecutive Arnold Classic competitions. She is currently busy on her pole fitness competition league, Oksana Grishina’s O.G Pole Fitness, which conducts a professional pole sport championship at Mr. Olympia in Las Vegas. She also runs a pole fitness competition at the Legion Sports Fest in California.
Grishina was born in Kaliningrad and grew up in Latvia and Russia. She graduated in 2000 from the University of Kaliningrad as a specialist in Physical Training and Sports. Oksana Grishina won both European and World overall championships while she was competing as an amateur Bodybuilding career. She was successful with her IFBB Pro Card in 2007. Grishina is the second ever Russian athlete to get an IFBB Fitness Pro card.

Oksana Grishina early life
Oksana was enrolled at gymnastics at the age of seven by her mother. She started picking up in this sport very quickly and entered her first competition, and Grishina was able to win it. Unfortunately, because of her father’s job, they were compelled to move from there, but at that time, she decided to stay there with her coach. She continued gymnastics throughout her school, and later on, she attended college and got the degree of specialist in Physical Training and Sports in the year 2000.
Grishina was entirely focused on gymnastics and dancing; she even organized her own ballet, then she was invited to Kaliningrad’s first gym as a fitness instructor. Then their people started to encourage her to take bodybuilding as a career, and she competed for her first bodybuilding show in 2005.

Oksana Grishina competed for the first time in bodybuilding in 2005 in European Championships, where she was able to win first place in the overall fitness division. She competed in world championships in 2006 and earned a pro card by winning in the same category.
In the same year, she competed in the All-Star Pro Fitness show and competed at the Europa Super Show, where she secured 3rd and 16th. Due to this, she got an invitation to This would score her an invitation to the 2007 Olympia.
In Olympia, she was able to secure the 7th position. After that, she started to develop herself.
