Saad Bin Zafar was the lead wicket-taker for his team in the 2016-17 Regional Super50. In 2018, Zafar was selected to play for the Vancouver Knights in the player’s draft for the inaugural edition of the Global T20 Canada tournament making him the second player to be selected in the draft after Nikhil Dutta.
