Despite a strong start, Pereira quickly ran out of gas, allowing Connelly to control the rest of the battle. Connelly was declared the winner by unanimous decision. In a very successful UFC debut, earning a Performance of the Night bonus.

Tristan Connelly is a married man who lives with his daughter an excellent married life. In August 2017, Connelly linked the knot for marriage to Jen Connelly. But, long before tying their lot, the birds of love dating to each other. They met in 2013 for the first time. They greeted their first child, Sidney’s daughter, shortly after the wedding.
