The # 21 player is committed to Duke University and other senior executives such as Paolo Banchero and Trevor Keels. During his studies, he and RJ Davis built one of the highest backs in the nation. Griffin is rated at 20.9 points, 10.9 rebounds, 3.9 assists, and 3.5 blocks per game.

    As a junior, he averaged stats of 17.7 points, 8.8 rebounds, 2.4 assists, and 2.3 blocks per game, missing most of the knee injury time, leading Stepinac to the CHSAA Archdiocesan title. Griffin was out of his senior season due to an ankle injury. However, he was named in McDonald’s All-American Game and Jordan Brand Classic rosters. Griffin is rated with five-star rentals by 247Sports and Rivals and four stars hired by ESPN. On November 4, 2019, he committed himself to play college basketball for Duke in addition to offers from Kentucky and Villanova.
