In late September, Stephen Hart announced his selection for two FIFA World Cup qualifying games against Saint Lucia and Puerto Rico, and he received his first international senior team call-up.

Ashtone Morgan debuted against Saint Lucia in a 7–0 away win as a second-half substitute for Simeon Jackson. He was also credited with assisting Iain Hume, who scored the game’s sixth goal.
