Carlos Fierro Early life
Fierro was born on July 24, 1994 in Ahome, Sinaloa. His mother, Irma Guerrero, has always been involved in her son’s work; little is known about Fierro’s father. He had an older brother, Gustavo Iván Fierro Guerrero, who passed away in 2011 because of cancer. At the very young age of four, Fierro started playing football for the Guadalajara club under Sinaloa, coached by Bernardo Chico Vonn. Fierro’s brother Gustavo had left Jalisco in 2007 to try his luck with C. Guadalajara, so in 2008, Fierro followed in his footsteps to try and make it into the most popular band in Mexico.
Carlos Fierro and his brother seemed to have reached their dream, with Carlos playing for the Guadalajara and Gustavo youth teams in their second division. Unfortunately, Gustavo was diagnosed with cancer and returned to Sinaloa, leaving Carlos alone in the state capital Jalisco, all of which seemed to have Fierro back in Sinaloa, but also the family of Giovani Casillas, who also played for Guadalajara’s youth teams almost, welcomed Carlos to support his dreams of becoming a footballer.

Carlos started playing soccer with his older brother from a very young age. Then, he started playing football for a club run by the Guadalajara club in Sinaloa. In 2007, his brother joined the C.D. Guadalajara in his youthful career, and Carlos followed in his brother’s footsteps the following year. A few moments later, his brother was diagnosed with cancer and quit his career, but Carlos continued his football career.

Carlos is trained with C. Guadalajara until 2011 of the youth club, then started his senior team in August 2011. Fierro gave his first days to his team until 2018. He played for Queretaro last season in the 2016 loan season. During his time with the team, Fierro has appeared in 22 games and scored two goals.
Carlos has appeared in 153 club games and led eleven games. In 2018, he sifted to Cruz Azul and played the season. Midway through the season, he was loaned out to Morelia at the same time. In June 2019, the San Jose earthquake signed him as a new player.
Carlos started and represented Mexico in several categories. He was successful to make his international debut in 2011 with the Mexican U17 team. Fierro was part of the U20 team in 2013 and represented U23 from 2014 to 2016. Unfortunately, Carlos didn’t get his chance for the top team.
