    Frances Tiafoe is a professional tennis player from America who holds 29 in the list maintained by the “Association of Tennis Professionals” (ATP) in the world. Frances is also the winner of the “2013 Orange Bowl.” He was only fifteen years old, which made him the youngest player in the category of “Boy’s Single Champion” in the tournament.

    He also became the second-youngest player after Michael Chang from America to participate in the “French Open” seventeen years old.     The birthplace of Frances is Maryland. He got into the world on 20th January 1998. His father’s name is Constant Tiafoe, and his mother, Alpina Tiafoe. The couple was immigrants from Sierra Leone. Frances’s father migrated to the U.S. in 1993, and his mother relocated in 1996. They migrated to save their life from the Civil War.

    Constant Tiafoe started to work as a day laborer on a construction site in 1999, which was for a project of building the “Junior Tennis Championship Center” (JTCC) in “College Park.” The place was in Maryland. After completing the site, Constant got the opportunity to become the site’s custodian that gave him a spare office to live. Frances Tiafoe, along with Franklin, lived with his father for five days a week during his position. They lived in an identical routine for eleven years.

    Frances starts playing tennis from the young age of four and stay with their mother when she was not doing night shifts. She was a nurse. Along with his brother, Frances started their training in the JTCC when they were five years old. His father managed to bypass the fees.

    The passion of Frances Tiafoe was terrific and influential. The determination arose the interest of Misha Kouznetsov to coach him when he was only eight years old. Misha even found sponsors for Frances to participate in the tournament. He coached Frances for nine years. Then, Frances went to the “USTA National Training Center.” It was in Boca Raton, Florida.

    There is no history of education available for Frances. But it is found that his twin brother Franklin had gone to Catholic Private School. It seems like he was also in the same school. Franklin is also a professional tennis player.

    Career

    Frances has won several junior championships. He also held the number two ranking in juniors globally in the “International Tennis Federation” (ITF) list of orders. Frances succeeded in winning his first international tournament when he was only fourteen years old and became the youngest player to win the “Orange Bowl” in December 2013.  Frances Tiafoe also won the “Easter Bowl” Frances won the title of “USTA Junior National Championship” in August 2015. He was only seventeen years old. The victory gave him a wild card entry in the “2015 US Open.”

    Frances began his professional career at the age of sixteen from the “ATP Tour.” He participated in the “ATP Challenger Level” in April 2015. Frances Tiafoe was in the “Top 800” at the beginning of the tournament. But ATP placed him in the “Top 300” after excellent performances within a month, and the position was not sufficient to participate in the “American Clay Court Challenger” events.

    Despite the ranking, he reached the semifinals of “Savannah,” quarterfinals of ” Sarasota” and “Tallahassee.” After a fantastic performance in the vents, Frances Tiafoe won the “2015 Har-Tru Challenge.” He became the only player to get the wild card entry in the “2015 French Open.” Frances moved to the rank of 176 before he turned eighteen.

    Moreover, Francis won his first challenger title in 2016 and booked his spot in number 123 in the world’s player’s rankings. He won the “Maiden Event” to hold the order of 108  in October 2016. Frances Tiafoe reached “ATP Finals” for the first time in his career in the “US Men’s Clay Court Championships” in 2017. He got “Top 50” in 2018 and held the ranking of 39 in the world by the end of the year.

    Likewise, the grand slam tournament “Australia Open” became the first tournament for Frances Tiafoe to reach the quarterfinals in 2019. There were many ups and downs in the event, and he got 47 rankings at the end of the year. He entered the third round of “2020 US Open” in 2020. Frances Tiafoe became the second-youngest player to enter the “US Open” after Donald Young when he was twenty-two years old.

    Francis has been dating Ayan Broomfield for more than a year.  Ayan is also a professional tennis player. In an interview, Francis shared that Vickie Duval encouraged Francis to date Ayan during the “2015 US Open.”
