    Keyshawn Davis is a professional boxer from the United States and 2020 Olympic hopeful. Keyshawn Davis is currently undefeated in three matches, with two knockouts. Davis competed in the welterweight division at the 2019 PAN American Games. In this millennium-long competition, he won a silver medal.

    Early Life

    Keyshawn Davis was born on February 28, 1999, in Norfolk, Virginia, United States. At the age of 17, the 22-year-old boxer left his hometown of Norfolk. He finished high school at a school in Norfolk. Then, the Davis family relocated to Washington, DC, where his older sister worked as an elementary school teacher. It was all for Keyshawn to pursue his professional boxing dreams.

    Professional Career

    Keyshawn Davis has only recently begun his professional boxing career. Keyshawn, who has had a promising boxing career thus far, also won the National Golden Gloves in 2017. He has since redeemed himself as a great boxer.

    In the quarterfinals and semifinals, he defeated Luis Arcon and Michael Alexander on the Pan American Games 2019. Andy Cruz, on the other hand, beat him. As a result, Keyshawn was forced to settle for a silver medal. Andy Cruz eliminated Keyshawn in the finals of the 2019 World Championship in Yekaterinburg.

    He also defeated Enrico Lacruz and Sofiane Oumiha in the round of 32 and 16 of the Tokyo Olympics in 2020. In the quarterfinals, he defeated Gabil Mamedov by the score of 4-1. Hovhannes Bachkov was defeated 5-0 in the semifinals. Once again, Andy Cruz defeated him in the finals of the Tokyo Olympics by the score of 4-1.

    Keyshawn Davis made his professional debut on February 27, 2021, against Lester Brown. Davis dropped his opponent in the second round with a left hook to the head. Brown could recover from the knockdown and continue, but Davis won after landing a series of heavy punches that compelled the referee to intervene and end the fight.

    Davis’ second professional fight was on April 3, 2021, against Richman Ashelley. Davis was dominant throughout the contest, landing several heavy punches that hurt his opponent in the fourth round. As a result, Ashelley was forced to retire at the end of the round after his corner team determined that he could not continue.
