Pablo Prigoini began playing basketball when he was in high school. In the 1995-96 season, he made his professional debut with the Ramallo in the Argentine LNB League. Prigioni transferred to Belgrano San Nicolas after a season with the squad before relocating to Obras Sanitarias in 1998. Pablo declared for the NBA draft in 1999 but was not selected.

Pablo Prigoini relocated to Spain and signed with Fuenlabrada. He spent two seasons with the squad before moving to Lucentum Alicante. He began playing for Baskonia in 2003 and remained with the team until 2009. Pablo won four Spanish Supercups and three Spanish Cups during his career with the squad.
