    Love Life

The Memphis Grizzlies’ assistant coach’s romantic life is kept hidden behind closed doors. This is due to the fact that Sonia has kept all of the specifics of her personal life to herself. None of them have been revealed in public, in front of the media, or on her social media accounts.

Because of her secrecy, it is not yet known is she is single or married.

    Career

Basketball has always piqued Sonia Raman’s interest since she was a child. She had also participated in the sport during her high school and college years. She began playing basketball with the Tufts Jumbos during her collegiate years at Tufts University. She was also a co-captain of the team during her senior year.

However, following graduation, she redirected her focus back to her schooling and pursuit of a law degree. She worked for Fidelity Investments before joining the US Department of Labor after getting her law degree from Boston College Law School.

Her heart was still with basketball, despite her investments in other disciplines. She did, however, opt to pursue the sport as a coach rather than as a player. She went back to her college mater, Tufts University, to work as an assistant coach for two years. She became the new assistant coach for the Wellesley College women’s basketball team in 2002.
