Antonee Robinson then established himself as the left-back, beating off Andrew Taylor for the position. On January 5, 2018, Bolton revealed that he had agreed to stay at the club for the rest of the season.

Although he came through the Everton youth, he made his competitive league debut with Bolton Wanderers in the Championship, where he played 34 times in 2017-18.

Another year in England’s second-tier followed, this time on loan at Wigan for the 2018-19 season, where his outstanding performances led to a permanent deal in 2019.

Antonee’s performances improved dramatically in 2019-20, and he was a key member of the Wigan that finished the season with a run of 10 clean sheets in 11 games.

That form appeared to have achieved a historic escape from relegation, but off-field issues doomed them to the bottom.

He was scheduled to move with Serie A club A.C. Milan for $13 million before the January 31, 2020 transfer deadline after impressing for Wigan in the EFL Championship as one of the league’s best left-backs.

However, his medical assessment in Milan found a cardiac rhythm irregularity for which additional testing was not possible before the deadline. So instead, he would undergo an ablation procedure as treatment.

As Fulham’s first summer transfer window acquisition, he arrived from Wigan Athletic for an unknown cost. They beat off several Premier League rivals for his signature, with the highly-rated left-back agreeing to a contract that will keep Antonee at Craven Cottage until 2024 on August 20, 2020.

Antonee Robinson first represented the United States at the under-18 level. Left-back was also called up to the US under-20 team. However, he was not capped.

On May 28, 2018, Antonee made his senior debut for the United States, appearing in a 3–0 friendly win over Bolivia and recording an assist.
