Journey Brown attended the Senior High School Meadville Area in Meadville, Pennsylvania. He rushed 7,027 meters and 106 touchdowns during his career. In a 2015 game in his junior year, he broke records in Pennsylvania in his high school with 722 yards and 10. Journey Brown has undertaken to play football at Penn State University. College career

Journey Brown played eight games in 2018 and was 44 yards on 8 touchdowns during his first year at Penn State in 2017. In 2019, it started 10 of 13 games, with 890 meters rushing on 129 trucks and 12 touchdowns as a redshirt fan. After rushing for a school bowl record of 202 yards, he was voted the MVP of the 2019 Cotton Bowl. PSU Head Coach James Franklin revealed on 11 November 2020 that Brown could no longer play football since the cardiomyopathy was hypertrophic.

Penn State back on Journey Brown on Wednesday announcing that it will be forced to retire from football on a diagnosis of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. “Brown claimed in a statement that I don’t know how to play the game that I love and I don’t have to explain how I feel,” he said.

“You never know when you’re going to make your last snap, but I know that I left everything and I’m not sorry, except that I wanted to step one last time on the field.”
