    Mariana Larroquette Club Career

    Mariana had been interested in football since her childhood after seeing Diego Maradona and others shine on the football field. So, she started training and learning. She was able to make her club debut in 2009, playing for club River Plate Femenino. During Mariana’s first two seasons with the club, she promoted the Clausura 2009 and Clausura 2010 tournaments. She stayed with the club for about six years and left in 2015. After her part aways, she joined Universidad de Chile for the 2016-17 season. The team went on to win the 2016 Apertura tournament in the Primera División de Chile.

    When her contract expired, she joined the Argentine club, UAI Urquiza, in 2017. With the team, she spent three seasons and achieved a lot. For example, she scored eight hat-tricks in her time with the team. She was also able to be the highest scorer in the local tournament, where she scored 45 goals during her first season, leading the football club to lift the trophy. Her excellent performance also led to the club qualifying for the 2018 and 2019 Copa Libertadores Femenina.
