Mike Milbury is an American athlete who was once an ice hockey player and is currently a sports commentator, coach, and general manager. After playing 12 seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL) with Boston Bruins, Milbury has worked as an assistant general manager under Harry Sinden. He has also been Boston’s head coach. After that, he served as general manager and head coach of the New York Islanders.

Milbury has worked as a television color analyst and NHL analyst at NBC for 14 years, from 2007 to 2021. However, following comments about women, NBC Sports released him from his job.
