Neil Olshey is the US-based basketball chief executive who currently holds the General Manager of the NBL team Portland Trail Blazers. Neil has been with the Portland Trail since the 2012 season.

Before Blazers, Neil worked as an assistant coach for the Los Angeles Clippers. Later in March 2010, he was appointed General Manager of former GM Mike Dunleavy Sr.

In 2018, Neil was admitted to LeMoyne College Athletics Hall-of-Fame for his contributions. In Neil’s 45 Career games with LeMoyne, he has scored 48 points with 24 goals and 24 assists. Before his basketball career, he worked on several televisions.
