    Oleg Vernyayev was born on September 29, 1993, and is a Ukrainian professional athlete. He is the 2016 Olympic Olympic champion and individual all-around silver medalist.

    Vernyayev is also a World Parallel Bar bar champion, the 2015 European champion, and the 2017 European Champion. In July 2021, Vernyayev announced that he had been banned from competing through 2024 due to the use of the meldonium-restricted substance and that he planned to appeal the decision.

    Oleg Vernyayev Early Life and Family

    Vernyayev was born on the date September 29, 1993, in Donetsk, Ukraine. He was born to parents Yuriya Vernyayev and Tetiana Vernyayev. He has no siblings. Similarly, Oleg completed education at the Donetsk State Institute of Health, Physical Education, and Sport. He then moved to Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine, from his hometown.

    Oleg participated in the men’s 2011 Summer men’s finals. When he finished in 7th place, he hit 15.262. Younger gymnasts were also part of the Ukrainian team that advanced to fifth place in the men’s group finals. Oleg also competed in the 2011 World Artistic Gymnastics of the team surrounding the entire event, working with Nikolai Kuksenkov, Oleg Stepko, Vitaliy Nakonechnyi, Roman Zozula, and Igor. The team finished in 5th place. In addition, Oleg scored 14.461 points down, 13.866 points on the pommel horse, 14.833 points in the vault, and 13.800 points on the same bars. He then competed in the 2012 U.S. Cup and finished 6, hitting 88.132. Similarly, Ukraine finished 5th in the European Men’s Artistic Gymnastics Championship final.

    Similarly, he won the final round of the Ukrainian Championship by 90,300 points. He also won the Ukraine National Championship in 2012. He also achieved a silver medal in the 2013 American Cup. Vernyayev then took home the bronze medal at the 2013 European Championship for the man of the martial arts all around. He also took the Ukrainian team to a second-place finish at the end of the 2013 Summer Universidad. In the competition, he won two bronze medals in all the finals.

    He also won gold in the related bar competition at the 2014 World Championship held in Nanning. Similarly, Vernyayev won an all-around art at the 2015 European Artistic Gymnastics Championships beating 89.582. He was then trained in the bar game equally and won a gold medal beating 15.866. Vernyayev also won gold in the basement of the 2016 European Championship. Likewise, he wins the silver medal in the same bars in the race.

    In December 2020, Vernyayev was informed by the International Gymnastics Federation that he had been suspended from the race, backed out in November 2020. The suspension was a positive meldonium test, banned by the World Anti-Doping Agency since January. Four. In July 2021, Vernyayev expressed his intention to appeal the suspension of the Sports Arbitration Court, arguing that meldonium was not detected in subsequent tests.
