Davide was born to Italian parents in Switzerland and grew up bilingual. The dual citizen began boxing in 2002 and competed in over 150 fights for the Swiss national team from 2008 to 2016. He worked as an automation engineer in addition to his amateur career.

    Davide Faraci Career

Davide Faraci had a long amateur career that included representing his home country of Switzerland and competing in the World Qualifying Tournament in Baku in 2016, where he was defeated in the last 16 by Turkmenistan’s Arslanbek Achilov, who advanced to the final, where Davide Faraci was defeated by Irishman Michael O’Reilly, a World bronze and European gold medalist. In June 2016, he chose to go pro after winning this tournament.

Faraci made his professional debut in December 2016, winning both of his first two fights by KO. He was 7-0 with four knockouts in his debut year as a pro. He has 15 fights under his belt and is undefeated. From 2008 until 2016, he was a member of the Swiss national team, fighting in over 150 fights. Davide Faraci was the Swiss junior lightweight and welterweight champions three times (in 2007, 2008, and 2009), as well as the Swiss middleweight champion four times (2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013).

His biggest international achievements were a third-place finish in the middleweight division at the European Olympic qualification event in Trabzon in April 2012. However, in the first round of the European Olympic qualification in Samsun in April 2016, he was eliminated when he faced Max van der Pas of the Netherlands. He then competed in the worldwide Olympic qualifier in Baku in June 2016, reaching 16 but losing to Arslanbek Achilov.

In his 13th bout of the year, Faraci defeated reigning Italian national light-heavyweight champion Nicola Ciriani via TKO7. Ciriani was a two-weight national champion, having previously held the cruiserweight belt.

On November 27, 2019, Faraci successfully defended the championship for the second time, defeating Vigan Mustafa in an eighth-round technical decision. Mustafa had previously held the title and had defeated Nicola Ciriani in his first reign. Faraci is the No. 1 Italian light-heavyweight, and he is also ranked 31st in the world by BoxRec.

    Davide Faraci Personal ife

David Faraci is a husband and father. The boxer, on the other hand, knows very little about his wife. In 2015, he shared his love on Instagram for the first time. Then, two years later, another post appeared, this time introducing her to his wife. It seems that the couple married that year. Even though he frequently publishes pictures of his wife on social media, we still don’t know her name or any other details about her. The wag’s existence has been kept as low-key as possible.
